C & M Construction are currently working on the construction of 66 houses and 27 flats. This includes all road and sewer work, both traditional and ground beam foundations, all piling work, sub-structure brickwork, drainage and all other external works e.g paths and drives etc.

C & M Construction worked for Higgins Homes on this developement in Broxbourne. C&M Construction will be involved from start to finish of the project. In the early stages, having cleared the site, we are now starting on the construction of the groudbeams and also work on all aspects of drainage, roads and sewers.

C & M Construction were contracted by Higgins Construction to build this development in Berwick Road, Borehamwood. C & M were responsible for roadways, drives and pathways. C & M also took care of all drainage including connections to the main sewers.

C & M Construction constructed groundbeams for this block of flats in Colchester. Additionally C & M constructed all roadways and pathways with the placement of kerbs and edgings including laying slab, brick, cobble and block paving to various areas around the site as well as the construction and placement of house drainage and connection to existing mains sewers.

The brief for 145 North Street, Romford was to install drainage, mains sewer connections and connection to the public highway for roads to be adopted by the local authority. Works connecting any site to the existing public highways or drainage systems always present unique challenges, disruption to the highways are always a consideration, especially such a busy access road to town centres such as this. Additional Heath and Safety issues for pedestrians when footpaths are blocked and heavy plant is entering and leaving sites are always evaluated prior to commencing any project. We have now begun to start works including block paving, roadworks and foundation work.
